For couples or hosts who have done the planning for their wedding or event, but would like a little peace of mind to enjoy their day, S&P Events offers Event Management Services. In the weeks prior to your event, we confirm vendor contracts and do a venue walk through (when possible) to coordinate the logistics and develop a final detailed production schedule for the day of your event.On the day of the event, our team will be in place with the timeline, to direct and assist with creating a smooth and enjoyable occasion.

We have the pleasure to provide you the availability of selection of lighting including uplighting, fairy lights, custom designed gobos, café strings, lanterns and centerpiece highlighting. Our S&P Events Lighting Family members will schedule a site visit to confirm the specifications of the venue, any requirements and your vision. With safety in mind, we then develop a blend of lighting elements to enrich the decor of your event and reflect your personality.
